Water-based acrylic floor primer
EcoTough Floor primer is an eco-friendly, one component Water based primer, sealer and bonding agent prior for application of Eco Tough Floor Topcoat. Primer can be broadcasted with filler for subsequent application of EcoTough Floor Topcoat for an Anti-Slip Finish.
Water-based aliphatic urethane coating (two-component)
EcoTough Floor is an eco-friendly, two component high strength coating that can be enhanced with recycled glass for an Anti-Slip finish. It features a low VOC, low odour while demonstrating outstanding durability, and the ability to withstand high UV conditions. It is being crosslinked with an aliphatic crosslinker, which allows for excellent adhesion to concrete and mineral substrates that have been mechanically prepared. It exhibits low dirt pickup, good wet hiding, and long-lasting finishes.
Epoxy-based bonding primer
Bonding primer classified in the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet as an epoxy-based system. A full technical data sheet is available on request via the enquiry form.
Solvent-free epoxy primer
SPARCO EPOXY BONDING PRIMER #100 is a medium viscosity solvent free composition epoxy primer. Suitable to be applied on dry or damp surface. It is the ideal choice for concrete primers, asphalt surface primer and metal surface.
Water-based polyurethane coating (single component)
Hybrid Urethane is a single component self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer enhanced polyurethane with excellent water resistance, fast-drying, outstanding durability, and good adhesion properties on mineral substrates. It offers a good balance with excellent durability, anti- slip resistant with good wet hiding, and long-lasting finishes.
Water-based two-component epoxy coating
SPARCOFLOOR WBE 400 is a water-based epoxy as a primer and top-coat system. It is suitable to be applied on dry or damp surface. It is also an ideal choice for concrete primers, asphalt surface primer and metal surface.

Water-based aliphatic PUD coating
Sparcothane 910 water-based PUD (polyurethane dispersion) system has an excellent abrasion resistance, non-yellowing. It has an outstanding durability where it withstands high abrasion and good adhesion properties in wear, chemical resistance. It is crosslinked with solvent-free hardener where it exhibits an excellent adhesion onto concrete, metal and other surfaces that had been mechanically prepared. low-dirt pickup, good wet hiding, and long-lasting finishes.
